Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Wellhound, read our guides, and apply for the beta. Please provide accurate information, apply only as an adult owner or authorized caregiver, and use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate anyone, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or other visitors.

Applying for the Virginia beta

An application is a request to participate, not confirmation of acceptance or an appointment. Availability depends on location, eligibility, capacity, and launch readiness. We will contact applicants about next steps. No payment details are collected through the application.

Applying does not start a subscription, establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship, authorize a blood draw, or permit prescriptions, purchases, scheduling, or record sharing on your behalf. Those steps require their own arrangements and permissions when available.

Health information and examples

Website guides and app demonstrations are general information. They do not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, or replace advice from a veterinarian who knows your dog. App screens and sample care journeys illustrate the intended experience; example results and named sample patients are not reports for your dog.

Bloodwork may help a veterinarian understand a change, but no test finds every condition or guarantees early detection, prevention, a particular outcome, or additional years of life. Ask your veterinarian about symptoms, testing, medications, food, and follow-up care.

Wellhound supports routine veterinary care. It does not replace an examination, diagnosis, or urgent care. For an urgent concern, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service directly. This website and the beta application are not monitored for emergencies.

Content and other services

Wellhound branding, original website materials, and other protected content belong to their respective rights holders. You may read and share links for personal information. Other reuse may require permission; rights provided by law remain unchanged. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and do not by themselves establish a partnership or endorsement.

Other websites and services linked here have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing on this site authorizes a purchase or the transfer of your dog's record to another service.

Availability and changes

This is a developing beta. Features, eligibility, and scheduling information may change. We aim to keep information accurate, but the website may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Confirm care and appointment details with the team or your veterinarian before relying on them.

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies this version. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any agreement for a booked service will be presented separately.
